Who will host Bigg Boss OTT Season 3?
Bigg Boss OTT 3’s fans are buzzing with anticipation as recent reports suggest a major change in the hosting duties. According to Hindustan Times, the makers have approached Anil Kapoor to step in as the show’s new host. A source revealed, “At the moment, Salman is focused on the prep work of his upcoming film, Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. That is one of the reasons he didn’t take on the hosting duties for the third season of Bigg Boss OTT.”
The source further disclosed, “Salman is expected to start shooting for Sikandar in June, and that has made him let go of Bigg Boss OTT. Along with film commitment, Salman also felt that it would also look repetitive to the audience, as he is also known to host the reality show on TV.”
Additionally, another source confirmed, “Anil Kapoor will be hosting the show this time, and bringing his own quirks and trademark wit” to the set.” Meanwhile, the source added, “Anil is excited to take on the hosting studies and add his own touch to the show. The change of host also comes in sync with the trend of having a new host for every season.”
A new promo released on Wednesday via Jio Cinema also hinted that Anil Kapoor would host the show. The promo suggests that Bigg Boss OTT is set to premiere in June. Additionally, it concluded with the iconic term “Jhakaas,” a phrase mostly used by Anil Kapoor.
While the official confirmation is still pending, this potential change in hosts has certainly stirred excitement. Fans eagerly await more updates on the show, including the final contestant list and the official premiere date. Stay tuned for more exciting news related to Bigg Boss OTT 3.
