Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, it has been produced under the collaborative banner of Bhanishali Studios Limited, SSO Productions, and Aurega Studios. Moreover, the film’s cast includes Vipin Sharma, Jatin Goswami, Suvinder Vicky, and Zoya Hussain.
Bhaiyya Ji follows the story of a criminal man whose life takes a dramatic turn when his brother is killed. This tragic event ignites Bhaiyya Ji’s quest for justice against the powerful Gujjar, promising a gripping tale of vengeance. According to BookMyShow, Bhaiyya Ji has received a UA certificate with 2 hours and 15 minutes of runtime.
As the movie gears for its theatrical release, OTT enthusiasts are waiting for its digital premiere. However, makers have not yet revealed the streaming details. Following the general trend, the movie will debut digitally after 4 to 6 weeks of theatrical release.

As the promotion for Bhaiyya Ji intensifies, Manoj Bajpayee recently shared his thoughts on completing his 100th film with this project. While Reflecting on his journey, he said, “It was never an easy journey. But God has been very very kind. He has shown me some failures. But he has also given me a lot of positivity and strength to carry on.”
He continued, “I didn’t decide that ‘Bhaiyya ji’ is going to be my 100th film. It was just destiny, and destiny’s game and play. And I am happy that this is my 100th film because when I was growing up in Bihar, all the 70s commercial films used to mesmerize me. And those are the films which gave me an idea that I should become an actor.”
Discussing the film’s story, Bajpayee highlighted its roots in Bihar and its reflection of the local soil. He said, “The story of Bhaiyya Ji is based on a well-known person who has a dark phase. But after making a promise to his father, he left all this work.”
Interestingly, Bhaiyya Ji marks the first film where Manoj Bajpayee’s wife, Shabana, steps into the role of co-producer. Bajpayee spoke about this professional collaboration and remarked, “We are professional people. There was work completely chalked out for everyone. She took part to a certain extent, but on set, it was Vikram Khakhar, who is our partner, who was in charge of it from our production side. But there was also Vinod Bhanushali, his team, and Samiksha Oswal. It was a joint collaboration, which really made it very easy for us.”
