Kannappa: Prabhas’ Shoot Schedule For Vishnu Manchu’s Movie Revealed, Claim Reports

The upcoming mythological movie Kannappa is currently in production. Vishnu Manchu’s dream project is star-studded with talented actors from different industries coming together. Apart from Manchu, the movie also has Prabhas, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, and others playing crucial roles.

Amid the ongoing production, Prabhas is all set to join the movie sets soon. A report has revealed the actor’s schedule for the upcoming film.

When will Prabhas begin filming for Kannappa?

Per OTTplay, the latest report has claimed that Prabhas will have a brief schedule for Kannappa. He has allegedly allotted three days for the movie’s shoot and will begin filming in the second week of May 2024. Moreover, the makers are planning special arrangements for the schedule, along with a set that is being installed.

Talking about Prabhas’ role in the film, he was earlier set to play the character of Lord Shiva. However, in his upcoming movie Kalki 2898 AD, the actor will be seen portraying a similar role. Therefore, the actor has allegedly decided to play Nandeeswarudu, while Akshay Kumar will portray Lord Shiva. Nayanthara is touted to play Goddess Parvathi.

To date, several schedules of Kannappa have been allegedly completed. The movie has been extensively shot in New Zealand.

Vishnu Manchu has penned the movie and is also playing the role of a titular. He has also printed and released the story in the form of a book. Mukesh Kumar Singh is serving as the movie’s director, while AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory are generously bankrolling it.

Recently, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar joined the sets of Kannappa and received a warm welcome from the movie’s team.

On the work front, Prabhas will be next seen in Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD. Apart from the sci-fi dystopian drama, he also has Spirit, his first collaboration with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The Raja Saab with director Murthy and Salaar: Part 2 are the other two projects of the actor.
