Ramayana: Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi’s first look as Ram & Sita revealed
Over the weekend, exclusive snapshots from Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana sets surfaced online. They offered a sneak peek into Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi’s portrayals of Ram and Sita, respectively.
Ranbir wears a maroon dhoti and a matching dupatta over his shoulder, showcasing him in traditional attire. His long hair and ornaments further accentuate Ram’s look. On the other hand, Sai Pallavi donned a traditional purple saree adorned with intricate traditional jewelry.
These leaked glimpses provide insight into the film’s early sequences, suggesting that Kapoor and Pallavi are currently filming the pre-vanvasa phase of the film. However, as is often the case with leaked content, the images stirred mixed reactions among fans. While some eagerly soaked in the first glimpses of their favorite stars in iconic roles, others expressed disappointment and concern over the breach of secrecy surrounding the production.
This isn’t the first instance of leaks plaguing the sets of Ramayana. Earlier leaks featuring Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi and Arun Govil as King Dashrath had already made rounds on the internet. The repeated breaches have left fans clamoring for stricter measures to safeguard the production’s integrity.
Apart from Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, the cast of Ramayana is reportedly to include Yash as Ravana and Sunny Deol as Hanuman. Talks of Bobby Deol and Vijay Sethupathi playing Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana, respectively, are currently underway.
As anticipation continues to mount, these leaked photos preview what lies ahead in Nitesh Tiwari’s cinematic rendition of the timeless epic Ramayana.
