Opening its account with a modest collection of $1.8 million, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan hinted at potential success. However, the box office trajectory took a sharp turn, witnessing a significant drop on the second day, managing a mere $90K. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film saw a slight uptick over the weekend, garnering $101K on Saturday and $108K on Sunday.
However, the real test came on Monday, where Bade Miyan Chote Miyan faltered, earning a meager $29K. The subsequent days didn’t bring much relief either, with collections hovering between $28K and $29K on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. As it stands, the film’s total collection in India has capped at $5.7 million.
Despite its star-studded cast and the buzz surrounding its release, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan appears to have fallen short of expectations.
