In its first week, the much-anticipated Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, has left many wondering about its box office performance. Despite initial hype and anticipation, the movie seems to be struggling to achieve the numbers it promised.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan collection day 7: How much did Akshay Kumar’s movie earn?
Opening its account with a modest collection of $1.8 million, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan hinted at potential success. However, the box office trajectory took a sharp turn, witnessing a significant drop on the second day, managing a mere $90K. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film saw a slight uptick over the weekend, garnering $101K on Saturday and $108K on Sunday.
However, the real test came on Monday, where Bade Miyan Chote Miyan faltered, earning a meager $29K. The subsequent days didn’t bring much relief either, with collections hovering between $28K and $29K on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. As it stands, the film’s total collection in India has capped at $5.7 million.
Despite its star-studded cast and the buzz surrounding its release, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan appears to have fallen short of expectations.
