The director has revealed that Mahesh Babu is headlining the movie, but all other details are still under wraps. Fans’ excitement for the project is skyrocketing with every new rumor about SSMB29. According to a report by 123telugu.com, SSMB29’s pre-production is in full swing. The director allegedly brings actors from different cinemas on board for crucial roles. The report claimed that Rajamouli was looking for a Bollywood star to play the lead antagonist in the movie. For the same, he allegedly even had a secret meeting with Aamir Khan in Mumbai.
This is not the first time the name of the 3 Idiots star has made rounds for the movie. However, if the report is believed, it might mark Khan’s debut in the South film industry.
Talking about SSMB29 during his recent visit to Japan, SS Rajamouli spilled beans about the movie. He said, “He is very handsome. Hopefully, we will expedite the film’s production, and during its release, I will bring him here. The director added that he is yet to finalize the movie’s cast and did not reveal anything about its plot.
