As the makers of the film are constantly sharing updates on the shoot’s progress via interviews, all eyes are now on its teaser’s release date. Meanwhile, the Telugu superstar’s manager recently hinted at the release date for the movie’s teaser trailer.
Pushpa 2 teaser to be released on Allu Arjun’s birthday?
It has been almost a year since the makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule unveiled the movie’s first glimpse. The first look confirmed how Pushpa Raj will be back in action in the upcoming film. Furthermore, the makers also released a few posters of the movie. In one of the posters, a unique avatar of Allu Arjun was seen that hinted at a lot of drama in its plot. Now, the actor’s manager has revealed the release date for the sequel’s teaser.
Sarath Chandra Naidu, Allu Arjun’s manager, recently addressed fans’ query about Pushpa 2: The Rule teaser. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Naidu revealed that the teaser will be released on the actor’s birthday. He wrote, “Teaser will be for birthday…fix.” For the unversed, the Arya star will turn 42 on April 8, 2024.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is the official sequel to Allu Arjun’s successful movie Pushpa: The Rise. Apart from the lead star, Rashmika Mandanna will also reprise her role as Srivalli. Moreover, Fahadh Faasil will play the antagonist once again. According to reports, Sanjay Dutt is in talks for a cameo in Pushpa 2. The Bollywood star will allegedly play a menacing don in the movie. However, an official announcement regarding his involvement in the film has not been made yet.
Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit the theaters across the world on August 15, 2024.
