On March 19, 2024, the makers of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan, unveiled a brief teaser titled Bhagat’s Blaze, generating excitement among fans. Shortly after, the giant OTT platform announced its digital release ahead of its theatrical debut.
Mythri Movie Makers shared the teaser on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption, “#UstaadBhagatSingh is here with all guns firing. BHAGAT’S BLAZE out now.” The teaser depicts a scene in which a gang of thugs brutally attacks priests during a festival. Pawan Kalyan makes a dynamic entrance as a cop with power-packed moves.
With no official release date, the Telugu drama is a remake of the 2016 Tamil film, Theri, starred Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Amy Jackson. Harish Shankar has directed the Ustaad Bhagat Singh with a stellar cast of Pawan Kalyan, Sreeleela, Ashutosh Rana, and others in significant roles. Notably, this film marks Harish’s second collaboration with Pawan after Gabbar Singh (2012).

Amazon Prime took to X (formerly Twitter) and penned down, “#UstaadBhagatSingh is an entertaining action drama of an honest cop against the corruption in the system. Available post-theatrical release.”
Meanwhile, Prime Video confirmed that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will be available for streaming on the platform after its theatrical release.
Additionally, during the event, actor Shahid Kapoor inquired with Director Harish about audience expectations for the film. Harish first expressed his gratitude towards the team and said, “It’s a very special feeling for me. It’s been quite a while I mean, after a decade me, and my favorite hero Pawan Kalyan are collaborating on this wonderful project called Ustaad Bhagat Singh.”
While concluding, Harish acknowledged Pawan Kalyan’s influence and said, “You know his name is Pawan Kalyan; that’s it; that’s all I can say. Thank You.”
