After experiencing a blockbuster February month, fans are eagerly awaiting the upcoming Telugu releases in March 2024. Directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, Operation Valentine, starring Varun Tej and Manushi Chhillar, has already hit theaters on March 1, 2024. The film is based on the Pulwama terrorist attack by Pakistan on India in 2019. Not only this but also includes retaliatory Balakot Air Strikes of 2019 by the Indian Air Force.

After a very long wait, Gaami is all set to hit the silver screens on March 8, 2024. Directed by Vidyadhar Kagita, this adventurous journey features Vishwak Sen, Chandini Chowdary, Abhinaya, and Harika Pedda in prominent roles.
The Telugu flick follows the journey of the protagonist with a rare disease that he can’t touch or be touched by anyone. To cure this disease, he embarks on a journey in search of blossom which grows every 36 years in the Dronagiri mountains deep in the Himalayas. Moreover, he must complete his journey within time, or else he has to wait for another 36 years.
Interestingly, this movie took 6 years to hit screens due to lack of funds. Makers have started a campaign in support of the project with the title Project Gaami – Crowdfunding.
The trailer for ‘Gami’, which underwent an extensive production process, is nothing short of remarkable. While most film trailers run for about two and a half minutes, ‘Gami’ exceeds this with a length of over 3 minutes and 40 seconds.

Bhimaa
Directed by A. Harsha, the Telugu action drama, Bhimaa is now all set to hit big screens on March 8, 2024, coinciding with the Maha Shivratri. The film is mainly based on the theme of Lord Shiva and also has a powerful narration that talks about Parashurama, the sixth incarnation of Shiva. To see the complete story of the film, you will have to head to your nearest theaters on March 8.
The film features Gopichand, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Malvika Sharma, and Niharika Konidela in prominent roles. Additionally, Gopichand is in his most fierce avatar to date with a handlebar mustache and the commanding police uniform.
Tantra
A spine-chilling horror film, Tantra starring Ananya Nagalla in the lead role. Directed by Srinivas Gopishetty, the film is set to release on March 15, 2024. The Telugu flick’s trailer has already generated a significant buzz with its gripping cinematic sequences. Tantra explores the concept of tantric rituals with intense horror sequences.

Tillu Square
After multiple postponements, Mallik Ram’s directional Tillu Square is now scheduled for a worldwide release on March 29, 2024. This Indian Telugu rom-com film features Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles. Also, it is a sequel to DJ Tillu, released in 2022.
Tillu Square’s plot revolves around DJ Tillu and his life being turned upside down by a mysterious murder. Moreover, the story takes a surprising turn when he meets Lilli. Talking about its OTT rights, reportedly, Netflix has bagged the movie’s digital streaming rights.
