Salaar Hindi OTT Release Date Is Almost Here, Claims Report

After having a tremendous run at the box office, Salaar has already made its digital debut in four languages. For those unaware, the Prabhas film is currently streaming on Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, along with English subtitles.

While the film has not yet been released in Hindi, recent reports suggest its potential arrival. Additionally, the report stated multiplex mandatory rules as the probable reason behind the Hindi version delay.

Besides this, Salaar has a grand opening with an amount of $12.8 million at the box office collection. In its first week, the film collected a gross of $43.7 million. In addition, Prabhas’ film stands out with a $73.7 million worldwide collection.

Salaar has received a rating of 6.6/10 with around 54k votes on IMDb. The action-packed movie has a total runtime of 2 hours and 55 minutes, with the story revolving around the journey of two friends into the world of Khansaar.

When is Prabhas’ Salaar movie releasing in Hindi?

Salaar has already created a significant buzz with its digital release in multiple languages, except Hindi. However, this also resulted in fans asking questions regarding the reason behind the delay of its Hindi version.

However, recent reports reveal that the multiplex associations’ mandatory gap rule of eight weeks between theatrical and OTT releases might be the potential reason for this delay. As of writing, the rough estimate for the same is mid-February. However, the official confirmation is still awaited from the makers.

Aside from this, Salaar has created a history with its earliest shows at 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. in Indian Cinema.

Further, after the tremendous success of its first installment, makers are now gearing up for its next sequel, titled Salaar-2 Shouryaanga Parvam. Vijay Kirangandur, the producer, has also confirmed that Part 2 will be released in 2025.
