Reportedly, the makers of Ayalaan have been working on the film for years. The initial plan for the film was a Diwali 2023 release, but the makers needed more time for the CGI work. Netizens review Sivakarthikeyan’s Ayalaan

Sivakarthikeyan’s Ayalaan is being widely reviewed by movie-goers on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). An X user mentioned that the film’s first half was better than its second one. The user wrote, “The second half curse continues! All the creativity in first half is nowhere to be seen in the 2nd. Becomes a template kid action movie B/C and Kids will love this movie, But not for others. Can watch for SK & the jokes.” However, the user praised the movie’s exceptional CGI work and wrote, “Exceptional CGI, especially the Duo fight in Climax. But CGI alone won’t save the film I guess. Totally depends on Family and kids! But still a lot of cute creative stuff keeps coming. Watch out for the ET movie Easter Egg.”

Another user was seemingly very impressed by Ayalaan. The X user mentioned that the film had a fast-gripping screenplay, emotions, and top-notch humor. Sharad Kelkar was also praised for playing the film’s lead antagonist.

The movie is also receiving average reviews with both good and bad aspects. A user wrote, “A fun enjoyable fantasy movie mainly due to the humour. Music could have been better. Decent performances and decent execution. Decent VFX. Watchable.”

In conclusion, Ayalaan is an entertaining piece, but the audience is a tad bit disappointed with its second half. The film’s box-office collection will reveal if it is a hit or a flop.
