Ravi Teja is all set to bring another movie to his beloved fans. The Telugu star is leaving no stone unturned in entertaining the audience and coming up with new movies every year. This year, the actor starred in not one or two but three different films. While he also has a few upcoming projects, the actor has joined hands with filmmaker Harish Shankar for the third time.
Harish Shankar made his directorial debut with the 2006 film Shock, starring Ravi Teja. While the movie did not come out to be a successful one, it was praised on television. For the second time, the actor-director duo worked together in Mirapakay. As per 123telugu.com, Shankar was working with Pawan Kalyan on Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Since Kalyan was busy with his political commitments, the filmmaker had some time and chose to make another movie.
Production company People Media Factory dropped a photo of the actor-director duo to confirm the news. The company also promised that they are aiming for a mass entertainer with this collaboration.

There were many speculations about Ravi Teja and Harish Shankar collaborating on a movie. Several reports also claimed that the upcoming movie will be a remake of Ajay Devgn’s 2018 hit, Raid. If the reports are to be believed, Ravi Teja’s new movie will be a remake of a remake.
Raid is said to be a remake of Akshay Kumar’s Special 26. However, the makers have not confirmed the same. The 2018 film is loosely based on the longest Income Tax raid in Indian history. Ajay Devgn played the role of an IRS officer who led the team and completed the raid despite many hurdles. The movie was a success and received positive reviews from the audience. It would be interesting to watch a Telugu remake of the movie.
