Lokesh Kanagaraj‘s Leo debuted in third position at the global box office over the first weekend. The film had its theatrical release on October 19, 2023, and its international release on October 18, 2023. It was released in dubbed versions in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.

In the U.S., the film earned USD 2.1 million over the weekend. In the U.K. and Ireland, it collected USD 1.3 million in the first three days of release.
The film is likely to experience the Monday blues at the domestic box office, with an expected dip in collections. According to reports, it will see a 61% drop in collections. On day 12 of its release, Leo’s domestic collection stood at USD 36 million while its worldwide collection stood at USD 64 million.
