SHOCK gets an exclusive eyeful of Jill Gevargizian’s new film THE STYLIST.
Filmmaker and hairstylist Jill Sixx” Gevargizian has been shocking audiences for a couple of years now. Her short film CALL GIRL starring Laurence Harvey (of HUMAN CENTIPEDE fame) and Tristan Risk (AMERICAN MARY and the upcoming films FRANKENSTEIN CREATED BIKERS and AYLA) hit festivals in 2014, a short and simple look at sex and vengeance.
Since then Jill and her team created the short film GRAMMY (check it out HERE) , a delightful little film (and I use that word in only the creepiest way possible) and worked alongside Jen and Sylvia Soska on their segment for THE ABCS OF DEATH PART 2.
Jills newest film THE STYLIST is premiering at Etheria Film Night on June 11th, and SHOCK is lucky enough to have the exclusive trailer.

Sixx Tape and The Line Film Co. release the trailer to director Jill Gevargizians short film The Stylist starring Najarra Townsend (Contracted). This horror-drama follows Claire, a hairstylist who is desperate for a departure from her disappointing reality but how far is she willing to go?
The Stylist is set to have its world premiere at Etheria Film Night on June 11 at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica, CA. Gevargizian will be there along with star Townsend, screenwriter Eric Havens, editor John Pata, makeup artist Courtney Jones, and more! Etheria is a showcase of the best new horror, science fiction, fantasy, action, and thriller films made by emerging women directors. The Stylist is one of only 9 short films selected to screen – plus a sneak peek of Anna Billers 35mm feature The Love Witch. The Stylist is poised to slice through the competition, leaving audiences in a state of shock.
