XLrator Media, who just last fall released the acclaimed titles Found, Housebound and The Mule, has acquired the Michael Polish-directed psychothriller Amnesiac, starring Kate Bosworth and Wes Bentley.
Here Bosworth reteams with her Big Sur director Polish (Twin Falls Idaho) in the story of a man (Bentley) who wakes up in bed suffering from memory loss after being in an accident, only to begin to suspect that his wife (Bosworth) may not be his real wife. The web of lies and deceit deepen inside the house where he soon finds himself a prisoner.
XLrator expects a Summer 2015 release for Amnesiac under the distributors Macabre label. Polish, who will be seen in this years Some Kind of Hate, says “We are thrilled to work with XLrator Media on the release of Amnesiac. Their Macabre label has been the home of many of the best and most innovative genre movies of the last few years.”
