The redo has the potential of getting off of the ground with producer Vincent Newman attached. He shepherded the comedy We’re the Millers and currently has two horror projects in the works: The Disappointments Room, currently wrapping under the direction of DJ Caruso, and Patient Zero.
Lieberman also helmed Squirm, Just Before Dawn and Satan’s Little Helper.
