A press release blasted out today tells us it will, in fact, contain new interviews with actors Hector Elizondo, Ernie Hudson and creature effects artists Alec Gillis and Tom Woodruff Jr. So, that’s cool and more than what we expected with this title. A theatrical trailer is being included, too.
Directed by George P. Cosmatos, Leviathan was released in 1989 and stars Peter Weller in an Alien meets The Thing underwater creature feature. It’s not especially good, but there are some fun moments in it.
