Christopher Golden stopped by Comic Book Resources to tell them all about the new series entitled Baltimore: Dr. Leskovar’s Remedy. As can be expected the story revolves around Lord Henry Baltimore in his quest to kill the vampire that destroyed his family but he will find an unexpected adversary in Dr. Leskovar.
“Dr. Leskovar is a wealthy doctor and scientist who wanted more than anything to find a cure for vampirism, but by the time Baltimore arrives in his vicinity, his plans have already gone horribly awry,” Golden tells Comic Book Resources. “The remedy referred to in the title is not a cure for vampirism, though that is something Leskovar has been working on.”
Everyone that worked on the previous two volumes will be returning for Volume 3. Golden and Mignola are on writing duties and Ben Stenbeck is handling the art.
The new volume will feature two issues of Dr. Leskovar’s Remedy and three more one shots that have yet to be named.
Baltimore: Dr. Leskovar’s Remedy #1 hits shelves in May.
