Cold Skin, written by 28 Weeks Later‘s Jesus Olmo is an adaptation of Albert Sanchez Pinol’s novel.
David Slade was originally going to direct before his talents went to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Slade is next developing a reboot of Daredevil for Fox.
Cold Skin tells of a young man who is sent to an island. There, he discovers amphibious humanoids, one of which has been captured and used as a sex slave by another man on the island. Conflict arises when the protagonist comes to care for the female creature.
