Make room for another televised take on “Frankenstein.”
NBC is moving forward on an adaptation scripted by Russel Friend and Garrett Lerner. The duo are executive producers on House.
The film will be set in modern day.
Various “Frankenstein” projects are in the works including Guillermo del Toro’s unique adaptation, Lakeshore’s I, Frankenstein, Wake the Dead (based on the Steve Niles graphic novel), This Dark Endeavor and The Casebook of Dr. Frankenstein.
