The film is described as a supernatural thriller. Allan Loeb of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps scripted. Production is expected to begin in February.
Lynch previously helmed Surveillance and the upcoming Hisss.
Visibility concerns a detective seeking to find the identity of an amnesia victim. Through his investigation, the detective discovers he shares a connection with victim.
