Chiller Ratings Up, Gets New Logo

New series, original films announced

Come October 27, the horror network Chiller is getting a new logo that will match its tagline “scary good,” says Variety.

Big deal, right? Well, it’s the network executives way of broadening the channel to find a wider audience, which it is apparently doing. Ratings are climbing, and in Variety’s report, Chiller’s team has revealed that it will roll out the original series Chiller 13: The Decade’s Scariest Movie Moments this December.

A feature film adaptation of Jack Ketchum’s novella “The Passenger” will debut next year and Buffy the Vampire Slayer will be filtered into the Chiller schedule.

Honestly, I look at Chiller’s line-up day after day and I’m not impressed, however, it’s the only “horror channel” widely available (FearNET still hasn’t grown as they promised earlier this month). How does the Chiller fare with you?
