Ride at the speed of fright videos
Jeffrey Combs. You got to hand it to the man. He’s everywhere and made his mark in seemingly everything. Re-Animator. Star Trek. The DC Comics universe. Aliens. Oh, wait, you didn’t know about that last one? Yessir, in ’95/’96, Combs played Colonial Marine Hyer in the San Francisco attraction: Aliens: Ride at the Speed of Fright.
Adapting the Star Tours and the Back to the Future: The Ride format, this one dropped you into a mining colony overrun with bugs (“Hundreds of them, man!”) to rescue some marines. Time is of the essence because a nuke is timed to go off and Combs is involuntarily forced back into the action.
