Fact based thriller shoots in April

Mind Blur Productions has announced their new fact-based thriller Powder Burns starring Zelda Williams, the 20-year-old daughter of actor/comedian Robin Williams.
In Powder Burns, Williams will play Emily Tomassini, an intelligent and devoutly religious but headstrong young woman who has been battling her mother and father over her relationship with an older, married health care professional named Philip Newman. After Emilyâs spiteful dad, Paul Tomassini, has a violent confrontation with his daughterâs lover, the battles escalate into an all-out war that culminates in Emily and Philip going on a blood-soaked rampage in Emilyâs childhood home that leaves four people senselessly slaughtered, including Emilyâs parents and younger brother.
The riveting Powder Burns will take an in-depth examination of the twisted relationships and unbelievable events that lead to these sensational murders.
Production is gearing up for an April, 2010 start date in Los Angeles. More when we hear it.
