A look at the horror industry from a new perspective serves as the basis for filmmaker Peter Strickland’s latest film.
The director of the revenge film Katalina Varga is going to get behind the camera for Berberian Sound Studio and it’s said to follow an English sound engineer who goes to work in an Italian sound studio that handles many of the country’s nastiest horror flicks.
Cool approach since I’ve grown so weary of seeing horror films focus on writers, directors and actors.
The project is being shepherded in the UK by Illuminations Films.
