Dreamworks Settles in at the All Fright Diner

Taps writing duo for animated feature

A. Lee Martinez’s 2005 novel “Gil’s All Fright Diner” – in development at Dreamworks Animation – has found a new writing team in Ethan Reiff and Cyrus Voris.

The two penned Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood and Kung Fu Panda.

Men in Black‘s Barry Sonnenfeld is attached to direct this story of a vampire and werewolf, named Earle and Duke (respectively), who try to save the world. The titular eatery is a haven for the supernatural where the two stop by and discover all is not right in the surrounding town.
