Why so many disappearances in Alaska?
Hey, what’s this? Fox is getting cozy with another werewolf show and it isn’t Michael Dougherty’s Bitches (announced last year here)?
According to Variety, Dreamworks TV and the Fox network are developing Howl, about feuding werewolf families in a small Alaska town.
Joshua Miller and M.A. Fortin are penning the series.
“Alaska is a place where people disappear and now you know why,” Miller tells Variety adding that their show is about, “the psychology of living with change.”
Fox ran Werewolf in the ’80s; there was also She Wolf of London and Wolf Lake on other networks. As for Dougherty’s Bitches, the writer-director told us in July it was being put on hold, however, he followed that in October saying it was still being kicked around.
