Looks like we got the jump on The Hollywood Reporter. On Tuesday, we announced here, director Jacob Gentry had wrapped production on My Super Psycho Sweet 16, a slasher film for MTV. THR revealed the plot synopsis today:
The film follows a girl named Madison Penrose, spoiled throughout her life to the extent that she convinces her parents to re-open Rollerdome for her Sweet 16. Obviously, the Rollerdome once closed because a series of brutal murders took place at the locale, and, of course, the killer comes back to wreak havoc during her party.
MTV will air a television cut and then offer a more graphic edition for viewers to download via the internet – part of a new original film series they’re launching.
