Mulcahy’s nature-run-amok film
What’s up with this? Talk about making a whimper when it should be a roar. Russell Mulcahy’s Down Under 1984 horror flick Razorback quietly made its way onto DVD under Warner Bros.’ Archive Collection series. You can order it via this link.
It comes with the warning: “This film has been manufactured from the best-quality video master currently available and has not been remastered or restored specifically for this DVD and On Demand release.” So, buyer beware.
Written by Everett De Roche, Razorback tells of a giant pig that terrorizes the Australian outback. I remember watching this one as a kid and being struck by how stylish it was. Give it a look now that you can!
