Trick ‘r Treat director provides update
Trick ‘r Treat writer-director Michael Dougherty is putting his Bitches in a cage…for now.
Catching up with Dougherty at Comic-Con, I got an update on his Fox television series about four women, stricken with lycanthropy, who are living their lives in New York City. “I had to put that on hold for another project,” he said. “You can only do one at a time sometimes. But the other one’s got some good life to it right now.”
The other project? Calling All Robots, his love letter to Godzilla films that’s set up at Disney. Dougherty kept mum on any other details regarding its status.
Pushing Daises‘ Aaron Harberts and Gretchen Berg were brought in to shepherd Bitches last December.
