In addition to directing Teratoma (more on that here), Ryuhei Kitamura (Midnight Meat Train) is putting Magdalena on his plate.
According to Screen Daily, he’ll direct the adaptation of the Top Cow comic book for Valhalla Motion Pictures, Platinum Studios and Top Cow Productions. Holly Brix is scripting. Jenna Dewan
(pictured) will play the titular character, a woman name Patience who discovers that she’s a part of the lineage of female warriors descended from Mary Magdalene who fight supernatural evil.
Luke Goss is also attached to star.
