What do you do when you’re on break from the NBC series Chuck? If you’re Yvonne Strahovski, you go and shoot a survival thriller called The Canyon. Magnolia Pictures picked up this film which was directed by Richard Harrah and written by newcomer Steve Allrich.
Strahovski co-stars with Eion Bailey (Fight Club) and Will Patton (Armageddon). The former two play newlyweds Nick and Lori who decide to spend their honeymoon frolicking in the wild and wide expanse of the Grand Canyon, a longtime dream destination for the groom. But when a charismatic and mysterious guide arrives, their wedded bliss suddenly turns into a story of survival.
