Long-delayed thriller finds theatrical run
Thank the upcoming Star Trek. That’s what I’m doing.
Without the J.J. Abrams-directed film, we might have been waiting even longer for Carriers to come out. But because Star Trek stars Chris Pine, as does Carriers, Paramount, or in this case Paramount Vantage, is mustering up the courage to put the film into theaters finally. On September 4th, to be more exact. I’m sure they’re betting on his soon-to-be recognizable face to draw audiences.
Carriers, directed by Alex and David Pastor, also stars Lou Taylor Pucci, Piper Perabo and Emily VanCamp. It focuses on four friends on the run when a pandemic hits the U.S.
