Our contacts at Dimension Films have confirmed rumors that swirled about yesterday regarding Richard Dreyfuss’ cameo in Piranha 3D. The actor’s part in the film will reportedly tip a hat to his role in Jaws. The New York Post’s Page Six is reporting Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction) is also set to star alongside Elisabeth Shue and Adam Scott. Shooting begins next month in Arizona with Alex Aja (The Hills Have Eyes) directing.
