Will this see the light of day?
Richard Raaphorst reset the button on his hype machine last month with the announcement of a new picture entitled Army of Frankenstein. Will this one ever come to fruition or will it go the way of his previous passion project, the Nazi/zombie film Worst Case Scenario? I certainly hope not, because the concept art Raaphorst is cranking out for Army is looking incredible, as always.
The website Ideology of Madness caught up to Raaphorst scoring both an update on the film and some exclusive art.
“We are preparing key elements of the story, the artwork and the production approach along with conducting talks with a small number of interested producers and financiers,” Raaphorst tells the site. “We are keeping the project under wraps for the time being, trying to keep things low key. All I can say is that it takes place in 1945 at the end of the war inbetween Polish and German Borderlines. We are exloring the possibilities of using a high, advanced, new and unknown technology to put it on film.”
