Progress report and studio found
Remember in January when Devin over at CHUD broke the scoop that Bill Hader (currently seen in…well, every comedy) is writing a slasher film? No? Check out this story.
Well, Dev’s got some more info from Hader himself. The film is called House of Joel and was co-written by Simon Rich (Saturday Night Live). A working title was once When a Stranger Calls a Dude – funny, but it’s apparently irrelevant to the plot.
According to CHUD’s report, the script is now in the hands of Apatow Productions and is set up at Universal. Since horror and comedy bleed into one another all of the time, we’re very curious about this one. For more click here.
