ShockTillYouDrop.com has your exclusive first look at Lionsgate’s final poster for the upcoming My Bloody Valentine 3D, a redo of George Mihalka’s 1981 slasher film. And we’ve gotta say, out of the three posters Lionsgate had whipped up, this one is definitely our favorite. You know what’s coming to you when you step into the theater for this one. Directed by Patrick Lussier, MBV finds Jensen Ackles (Supernatural) playing Tom Hanniger, a man who returns to his hometown of Harmony haunted by a tragic coal mining accident and the subsequent massacre that occurred courtesy of vengeful survivor Harry Warden. Ten years later, on Valentine’s Day, the killings begin again with a masked killer wielding a pickaxe on the loose. Has Warden returned?
Joining Ackles in this blood-soaked mystery is Jaime King, Kerr Smith, Edi Gathegi and Kevin Tighe. My Bloody Valentine 3D opens in theaters on January 16th. Click here for a trailer!
