Produced over at Dreamworks
When word started to trickle out that Clint Eastwood was helming a film called The Changeling, many immediately jumped to the conclusion that was a remake of the supernatural chiller of the same name starring George C. Scott. Eastwood may now officially be taking on a genre project.
According to Variety, he’s in talks to direct the previously announced Hereafter by scribe Peter Morgan (Frost/Nixon). Kathleen Kennedy is producing.
Steven Spielberg and Stacey Snider are shepherding the project for Dreamworks and plot details are still being kept under wraps, but it is described as in the vein of The Sixth Sense.
