The Lost Skeleton Returns Again Sets Premiere Date

This November in Los Angeles

The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra writer, director and star Larry Blamire got in touch with ShockTillYouDrop.com to let us know that his sequel to that 2004 cult flick, his 2007-filmed The Lost Skeleton Returns Again, is slated for its L.A. premiere on Sunday, November 9th.

Playing as part of a double-bill (with Cadavra) at L.A.’s Egyptian Theatre (6712 Hollywood Boulevard), the evening kicks off at 5 p.m. Blamire will introduce both films, with a discussion to follow with the flicks’ respective cast & crew.

“We’re especially excited about the upcoming screening because distributors are already showing interest,” filmmaker Blamire tells us of the showing. “With Dark and Stormy Night almost finished [Blamire’s feature spoof of the ‘haunted mansion’ sub-genre) and Trail of the Screaming Forehead [his send-up of ’50s sci-fi flicks] soon on IFC Festival Direct, it’s a pretty swell time for Bantam Street!” Forehead is also starting to make its festival rounds, and will be playing the Shockproof horror film fest in Praque, Czech Republic, which runs February 19-24. You can visit the fest’s site here.
