UK undead invade the U.S.
Update: You’ll now find DVD spec below.
In the U.S. we got George Romero’s Diary of the Dead. The UK, meanwhile, was introduced to The Zombie Diaries from filmmakers Kevin Gates and Michael Bartlett. The Dark Side magazine hailed it as “the best zombie movie ever” (?!) and on November 18th, we’ll see if that blurb holds true when Dimension Extreme releases the film here in the States on DVD.
In preparation for its debut, the folks Dimension Extreme have passed along a few hi-res stills. Click on the ghoul (below) for our photo gallery. A trailer can be found here. The DVD’s special features include:
⢠12 Deleted Scenes
⢠Commentary With Co-Writers/Directors Kevin Gates and Michael Bartlett
⢠Commentary With The Cast â Russell Jones, Anna Blades, Craig Stovin, Jonathan Ball and Hiram Bleetman
⢠Until The Last Light Goes Out: The Making Of Zombie Diaries
Set against the backdrop of a zombie outbreak in England, Diaries is told from the point of view of several video cameras owned by survivors.
