Who’s writing and illustrating?
It’s all about the waiting game for writer-director Michael Dougherty. In addition to trying to find out when his refreshing horror film Trick ‘r Treat is coming out, he’s also awaiting word on release news for a comic book tie-in.
“We have a comic book on the way,” he told me last night. “Marc Andreyko [Friday the 13th] wrote it. We have four different artists, four separate issues finished and ready to go. It’s over at DC/Wildstorm.”
Dougherty supplied the cover art, as did Trick ‘r Treat concept artists Simeon Wilkins, Breehn Burns and Ragnar.
