Fresh from its run at TIFF
Australian thriller Acolytes is the latest confirmed entry in Hollywood’s horror film festival Screamfest.
The Jon Hewitt-directed film starring Joel Edgerton, Michael Dorman, Sebastian Gregory, Hanna Mangan-Lawrence and Joshua Payne what explores the events that surround a group of teens after they blackmail a killer. It recently played to Toronto Int’l Film Festival attendees.
Acolytes is accompanied at Screamfest by Trick ‘r Treat, Dance of the Dead, Martyrs, The Burrowers, Parasomnia and Splinter.
