A new take on King’s tome
On September 10, 2008 at 12:01am, Captain Tripps returns and Randall Flagg lives again when Marvel releases its adaptation of Stephen King’s The Stand. Mike Perkins is illustrating with Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa taking on the adaptation duties. Enviable adaptation duties? The Stand is arguably one of King’s greatest novels and hailed by some as untouchable. In anticipation of Marvel’s series, AICN is offering a three-part sneak peek which begins here.
