The Dylan Dog feature film
Screen Daily ran a piece about Dead of Night, director Kevin Munroe’s adaptation of Italy’s Dylan Dog comic books with Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) starring. The article doesn’t yield much new info (see our previous report here), however, it does present a plot synopsis:
Dylan Dog is forced back into his nightmare investigations after he is approached by a woman who claims to have seen her father brutally murdered by a mysterious creature. With his street smarts, his gun and a set of paranormal weapons, Dylan attempts to restore order both above and below ground.
Apparently, the film will carry the title Dylan Dog overseas – likely due to brand recognition and other fun things like that… Screenwriters Joshua Oppenheimer and Thomas Dean Donnelly (Sahara) adapted.
