Just got word from Clive Barker’s office: Lakeshore is holding a special midnight screening of Midnight Meat Train (review). Barker will be in attendance along with a special guest to talk about the film and his “latest creation.” The screening will be held during Comic-Con on Friday, July 25th at the Gaslamp Stadium (701 Fifth Avenue). Best of all, the event is F-R-E-E.
Directed by Ryuhei Kitamura and starring Bradley Cooper, Vinnie Jones, Brooke Shields and Leslie Bibb, Meat Train follows one photographer’s descent into hell when he decides to follow a man he suspects is a serial killer using the subway system as his abattoir.
