Loads up on Bollywood stars
Director Jennifer Lynch has snared her latest project; it’s called Nagin and it explores the Asian legend of a snake woman that can take a human guise.
India’s Split Image Pictures is producing; Bollywood stars Mallika Sherawat and Irfan Khan are the first two cast members locked into the project. Nagin is the first in a line of films from Split Image merging India’s wealth of acting talent and Hollywood directors.
Lynch most recently completed Surveillance, starring Julia Ormond and Bill Pullman. The thriller was picked up by Magnolia for distribution through its Magnet banner sometime later this year.
