Aiming for Halloween release
Public Media Works, Inc. announced today that it has completed filming of Dead Air and has scheduled it for an October release, just in time for Halloween 2008. Producers Antibody Films and director Corbin Bernsen are now in post-production post-production on the film.
Labeled as a “politically charged tale,” Kenny Yakkel’s script follows Logan Burnhardt (played by Bill Moseley), the ego-king of the airwaves. His unflappable persona is put to the test when a terrorist bio-attack unleashes a plague of flesh-ripping maniacs on Los Angeles. He experiences the horror first-hand as their normally whacked-out callers bombard the station with news of this very real horror spreading around them.
