Resident Evil producers on board sci-fi thriller
Pandorum, the project we broke the news to you about at the AFM and later gave you an exclusive update on, is fueling up with Christian Alvart still at the helm and its first two cast members.
Production outfits Constantin Film and Impact Pictures announced Dennis Quaid (G.I. Joe) and 30 Days of Night‘s Ben Foster will play the film’s two crewmen who awaken aboard their spacecraft, unaware of their mission or their identities. As they piece things together, the men make a harrowing discovery that threatens the survival of mankind.
Travis Malloy penned the script. Filming will begin in Berlin, Germany this August with Paul W. S. Anderson, Jeremy Bolt and Robert Kulzer producing.
Overture Films has called dibs on the North American distribution rights.
Alvart previously helmed Antibodies and has Cast 39 arriving next year from Paramount Pictures.
