Quaid, Dutton, Black join Bettany
Well, damn, check out this cast:
Dennis Quaid, Tyrese Gibson, Jon Tenney, Charles S. Dutton, Lucas Black, Kate Walsh, Adrianne Palicki, Kevin Durand, Willa Holland.
This troupe is slated to join Paul Bettany – as the archangel Michael, mind you – in Legion, Screen Gems’ big siege tale that is under the direction of Scott Stewart. The cast will play a disparate group of characters holed up in a diner when God decides to send an arm of angels down to wipe out the human race. Not only must they contend with that, but they may have the birth of the second coming of Christ on their hands as well.
Shooting begins soon in New Mexico. Peter Schink and Stewart are the credited screenwriters.
