Release now up in the air
Following up on yesterday’s report, we’ve been informed by Lionsgate that the studio has officially pushed Midnight Meat Train.
Sad news for Clive Barker fans, relief for director Ryuhei Kitamura. An insider told us on the heels of posting our previously MMT report that Kitamura was never really thrilled about opening against blockbusters like The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. Who can blame him?
So, where does that leave the film’s release? Lionsgate has offered no replacement release date at the time of this writing.
